The GSM series hybrid tube can solve problems that ordinary spiral and square tubes cannot, namely, under the same conditions of proportion, mixing capacity, and viscosity, its mixing efficiency is 3 times that of ordinary spiral and square mixing tubes, i.e., 1/3 of the length can achieve the same mixing effect. Especially in extreme cases, such as foam mixing, conditions with large differences in viscosity or mixing ratio, its mixing efficiency is 6-10 times that of ordinary spiral and square mixing tubes.
Advantages: Fast mixing, fast extrusion, not easy to clog, saves glue, excellent glue mixing effect! Especially suitable for solving the following problems that ordinary static mixing tubes are difficult to solve:
A. Large viscosity difference between components A and B;
A. Large mixing ratio difference between components A and B;
