Dynamic mixing tubes rely on the coordinated rotation of their internal dynamic mixing components and motors. They are especially suitable for mixing two liquid materials with significantly different proportions and viscosities, enabling highly efficient, rapid, and thorough mixing applications. The MC MS series mixing tube is one of the most commonly used mixing tubes on the market. Its built-in spiral rod consists of a series of left and right blades arranged in sequence, perpendicular and closely arranged in the sleeve. When fluid passes through the mixing tube, it is continuously cut and reorganized, divided into two, then four, then eight, so that the two fluids can be automatically mixed evenly. This provides a low-cost solution for mixing two-component liquids!
