Dynamic mixing tubes rely on the coordinated rotation of their internal dynamic mixing components and motors. They are especially suitable for mixing two liquid materials with significant differences in proportions and viscosity, achieving highly efficient, rapid, and thorough mixing. They are applicable to applications requiring fast and complete mixing.
The MC MS series mixing tube is one of the most commonly used mixing tubes on the market. Its built-in spiral rod consists of a series of left and right blades arranged in sequence, perpendicular and closely arranged in the casing. When fluid passes through the mixing tube, it is continuously cut and reorganized, divided into two, then four, then eight, so that the two fluids can be automatically mixed evenly, providing a low-cost solution for mixing two-component liquids!
The GSM series of mixing tubes can solve problems that ordinary spiral and square tubes cannot, namely, under the same conditions of proportion, mixing capacity, and viscosity, its mixing efficiency is 3 times that of ordinary spiral and square mixing tubes, meaning that 1/3 of the length can achieve the same mixing effect. Especially in extreme cases, such as foam mixing, conditions with large differences in viscosity or mixing ratio, its mixing efficiency is 6-10 times that of ordinary spiral and square mixing tubes.
Type B round-mouth mixing tube, applied to new round-mouth glue cartridges. The internal spiral blades can split and recombine fluids in different proportions, forming a complex flow field inside the pipe. The core and outer wall are evenly matched, preventing uneven fluid distribution from affecting the mixing effect.
